We’ll have our regular Sunday session, followed be a brief break, and then we’ll get right back to meditation until 4:30pm. We’ll have plenty of walking breaks and opportunities for people to join in or sneak out as their schedule requires.

Oh, the weather outside is frightful…

So I’m asking people to stay home and safe tomorrow morning. We had a little over six inches of snow here last night and today, and everything is expected to freeze tonight, making things treacherous tomorrow, so stay home, stay warm, and stay safe. We’ll all be practicing together in our hearts.
